For standard products, the lead time is usually 15โ€“20 days. For large or highly customized projects, it may take 25โ€“35 days depending on complexity and order quantity.

How do you pack the partitions for export?

All products are packed with protective film + foam + wooden crate, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition during long-distance shipping.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is usually 10โ€“20 sqm for customized partitions. For trial orders or sample pieces, please contact us directly.

What shipping methods and trade terms do you offer?

We support FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP terms. Shipping can be arranged by sea, air, or express courier depending on the order size and urgency.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available upon request. Sample cost can be refunded when placing a bulk order.
