Shipping & Delivery

At XJR Metal, we take care to ensure that your stainless steel partitions are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping & delivery policy below.

1. Processing & Production Time

Standard orders: 15–20 business days after deposit payment.

Customized or large projects: 25–35 business days depending on complexity.

Exact lead time will be confirmed in your proforma invoice or sales contract.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options depending on order size and urgency:

Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) – Recommended for bulk orders.

Air Freight – Suitable for urgent or smaller orders.

Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) – For samples or small packages.

3. Packaging

To ensure safe international delivery, all products are packed with:

Protective film on stainless steel surfaces

Foam or bubble wrap for cushioning

Strong wooden crates or pallets for export

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

We can ship under FOB, CIF, EXW, or DDP terms depending on your request.

Customers may also choose to use their own forwarder.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in your country.

Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed (e.g., DDP terms).

6. Risk & Insurance

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

Shipping insurance is available upon request and recommended for large or high-value orders.

7. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, we will provide the tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L).

Delivery times vary depending on shipping method and destination (typically 20–40 days by sea, 5–10 days by air).

8. Delivery Issues

If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos and supporting documents.

We will work with you to resolve claims with the carrier or provide replacements where applicable.
